We are looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to join the Atelier Rebul Global Creative Team, who is both fast in adaptation production and skilled in developing AI-assisted visual content. In this role, approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to digital adaptations of agency campaigns, while the remaining 40% will focus on creating original, brand-driven visual content that enhances the Atelier Rebul world.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an advertising agency or creative studio,
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro),
• Familiarity with Figma or similar digital design tools,
• Knowledge of AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, RunwayML, Pika Labs),
• Strong visual storytelling, color, and composition skills,
• Proficiency in written English,
• Detail-oriented, fast, responsible, and highly sensitive to aesthetics.

Job Description

• Adapt and optimize global campaign visuals for social media, website, CRM, and other digital platforms,
• Produce motion, video, and static content aligned with the brand’s art direction,
• Utilize AI-based tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, RunwayML, etc.) to enrich visuals and generate creative variations when needed,
• Ensure visual consistency and premium quality across all campaign adaptations,
• Collaborate closely with creative agencies, digital, and content teams to manage fast-paced production timelines.
