Your Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for international employees, with a focus on Poland.
- Manage all HR employee lifecycle processes in the HRIS and maintain accurate electronic employee records.
- Oversee contracting for multiple countries.
- Coordinate outsourced payroll management and act as a liaison to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Ensure proper administration of compensation and pay management.
- Administer employee benefits across different countries.
- Collaborate with Business Partners and P&O Partners on areas such as Time Management and Compensation & Benefits.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of statutory requirements related to HR Operations across multiple countries.
- Experience with payroll and pension management in Poland and other countries.
- Familiarity with payroll providers such as Deel or Remote is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
- Excellent communication skills, with flexibility and a proactive approach to taking responsibility.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Fluent in Polish and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
