WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• An independent problem solver with good ability to set priorities
• A great team player with customer centric and continuous improvement mindset
• An experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, SAP or Success Factors
• knowledge is a strong asset
• Previous experience in HR and Payroll area would be an asset
• An ambitious person ready to develop within HR area
• An excellent German and English Speaker

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Provide a wide range of organizational support to market People & Culture (HR) team and business
• Performing tasks related to personal data change, salary & wage control and monthly closure
• Support the processes of hirings/terminations/moves
• Manage employee benefits, including ongoing analyzes
• Support the process of employee departure, including leave of absence and maternity leave
• Preparation of documents for organizational changes
• Prepare various reports and analyzes for decision making
• Participate in P&C (HR) department's projects
