WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- An independent problem solver with good ability to set priorities
- A great team player with customer centric and continuous improvement mindset
- An experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, SAP or Success Factors
- knowledge is a strong asset
- Previous experience in HR and Payroll area would be an asset
- An ambitious person ready to develop within HR area
- An excellent German and English Speaker

- Support the processes of hirings/terminations/moves
- Manage employee benefits, including ongoing analyzes
- Support the process of employee departure, including leave of absence and maternity leave
- Preparation of documents for organizational changes
- Prepare various reports and analyzes for decision making
- Participate in P&C (HR) department's projects
