We’re looking for a Puzzle Level Designer who can turn great ideas into engaging gameplay!

📍 Location: [Remote or Hybrid (İzmir)]

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilites

• Design and prototype new puzzle levels and gameplay ideas.
• Create balanced, enjoyable, and well-paced player experiences.
• Analyze player data (retention, completion rate, etc.) to improve level performance.
• Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to ensure feasibility and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with puzzle game trends, player behavior, and market best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in level or puzzle design within mobile hybrid-puzzle games.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Unity, Figma, or puzzle editors).
• Strong creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
• Passion for puzzle games and understanding of current mobile game trends.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with data-driven design and KPI optimization.
