We’re looking for a Video Creator who can bring the Web3 world to life through visuals — both online and on-site.

You’ll film and produce short-form videos for social media, capture real moments at events, and help craft Formula’s visual voice across regions.

– Shoot and edit vertical videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn) that tell real stories from the Web3 space.

– Capture content at industry events and activations — from panels and interviews to behind-the-scenes moments.

– Collaborate with Formula’s creative and marketing teams on video concepts, storyboards, and post-production.

– Translate complex ideas into engaging visual storytelling that fits the tone of Formula and our clients.

– Maintain a consistent visual identity across social platforms.

– 2+ years of experience in video creation, content production, or social media storytelling.

– Proven ability to shoot and edit short-form content independently (camera + mobile).

– Strong grasp of current social video trends and formats.

– Experience in the crypto / blockchain / fintech space is a plus.

– Availability to travel for on-site shoots at events across EMEA.

– Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
