Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software applications using JAVA technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability within cloud environments.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software applications as necessary.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them into company projects.
- Work closely with the QA team to manage the entire software development lifecycle.
- Ensure all software solutions are secure, stable, and meet regulatory compliance standards.
- Coordinate with project managers to deliver projects within stipulated timelines.
- Develop technical documentation to guide future development and maintenance activities.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and provide input on improving software infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in software development using JAVA.
- In-depth knowledge of the JAVA language, frameworks, and tools like Spring Boot.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
- Proven expertise in building microservices and RESTful APIs using JAVA.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience in agile environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and continuous integration pipelines.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and driving software development projects.
