About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to take charge of the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications.

Responsibilities

• Real-Time Communication Development: Design and integrate Matrix and LiveKit platforms for secure, low-latency messaging, conferencing, and collaboration.
• Full-Stack Engineering: Lead end-to-end delivery across Java/Go/Python and React/Flutter, ensuring scalable APIs, clean architecture, and testable code.
• Security & PKI Implementation: Deploy PKI-based authentication, manage certificates, and integrate TLS, JWT, and OAuth2 for enterprise-grade security.
• Cloud & DevOps Automation: Drive deployments via Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and CI/CD, managing infrastructure on AWS/GCP with monitoring and cost efficiency.
• Architecture & Performance Optimization: Define secure, modular system architecture; lead design reviews, benchmarking, and continuous performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full stack development experience in enterprise or large-scale environments.
• Proficiency in backend technologies: Java/Go/ Python.
• Hands-on expertise with frontend frameworks: React or Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of API design, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Proven experience with Matrix/LiveKit integrations is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of PKI, OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding practices.
• Experience in CI/CD automation, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
