About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic KOL Manager to lead influencer and partnership initiatives across global crypto and fintech industries. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders, content creators, and brand advocates to strengthen the brand’s visibility, credibility, and user acquisition efforts. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and social teams to execute impactful KOL campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive KOL and influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Identify and onboard suitable KOLs across YouTube, Twitter (X), Telegram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms within the crypto, trading, and fintech ecosystems.
- Negotiate collaborations, sponsorships, and partnership agreements while ensuring ROI-driven outcomes.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle — from concept creation and briefing to content delivery, tracking, and performance analysis.
- Work cross-functionally with social media, content, and community teams to amplify campaign reach and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Maintain an updated database of global KOLs and influencers, tracking engagement metrics, rates, and campaign history.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, best practices, and areas for optimization.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform ongoing strategy and positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing or KOL management, preferably within crypto, fintech, or trading industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, influencer ecosystems, and community dynamics within the Web3 and blockchain space.
- Proven experience managing influencer budgets, contracts, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize accordingly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with global teams and external partners.
