Your Impact

You will be a pivotal force in shaping Cisco's technological landscape, driving innovation to deliver exceptional customer and partner experiences. Collaborating across multi-functional teams, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable and robust technical solutions across diverse platforms, including Salesforce and advanced backend systems. Your expertise, often integrating cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities, will streamline critical business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and unlock new data-driven insights, directly contributing to Cisco's strategic goals and global impact.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and Core Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in software design, development, and delivery for web or cloud-based enterprise applications.
  • Technical Expertise could be on any of these:
    • Front-End: Advanced skills in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI/UX design.
    • Back-End: Expertise in server-side languages (Java, Python, Node.js, or C#), API development (REST/GraphQL), database design (SQL/NoSQL), and scalable microservices architecture.
  • Integration & Cloud Proficiency: Proven experience integrating with third-party systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), authentication (OAuth, JWT), and event-driven architectures.
  • DevOps & Engineering Excellence: Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, automated testing, code reviews, and modern SDLC practices. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools is a plus.
  • Agile Mindset & Communication: Experience working in Agile teams, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively in global teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Proven leadership in technical design, code quality, and architectural decisions on cross-functional projects. Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers is highly valued. Passion for ongoing professional development through certifications, experimentation, or community engagement. Eagerness to explore and apply new technologies.

  • Salesforce: Strong hands-on Salesforce platform development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, SOQL, and declarative tools), with experience delivering end-to-end solutions in Sales or Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce & Cloud Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer/Administrator certifications, MuleSoft Developer/Architect, or equivalent cloud credentials (AWS, Azure, GCP). Demonstrated interest in expanding Salesforce or cloud expertise.
  • Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues, propose enhancements, and leverage analytics or AI to improve system efficiency and data reliability.
  • Emerging Tech Skills: Interest in AI/ML, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Collaboration, Communication & Documentation:Excellent collaboration skills for working across technical and business teams, with strong communication and documentation habits to ensure clarity and effective knowledge sharing in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
