AI Engineer (Fresh Grads)

Purpose:

• Work alongside our insurance client's executive leadership team on high impact AI initiatives. In this program, you will help architect and implement the next generation of AI-powered solutions that drive real business value

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-powered productivity solutions
• Research, prototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies
• Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams across multiple continents
• Translate theoretical AI into practical, scalable business applications
• Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Holding a Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences

Desired Skills:

• Experience with large language models (LLMs), neural networks, or natural language processing (NLP)
• Contribution to open-source AI projects
• Research publications or personal AI project experience
