Purpose:
- Work alongside our insurance client's executive leadership team on high impact AI initiatives. In this program, you will help architect and implement the next generation of AI-powered solutions that drive real business value
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-powered productivity solutions
- Research, prototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies
- Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams across multiple continents
- Translate theoretical AI into practical, scalable business applications
- Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Holding a Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
Desired Skills:
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), neural networks, or natural language processing (NLP)
- Contribution to open-source AI projects
- Research publications or personal AI project experience
