They operate remote-first (HQ in NYC) with a team of around 75 people, combining deep quantitative research, data science, and software engineering to drive adoption and safety in decentralized finance. Their mission: make financial systems of the future more transparent, efficient, and secure.
The Role
You'll join a newly formed product pod focused on building their next-generation dApp, a key product allowing users to deposit and withdraw directly from vaults. This is a high-impact project that connects directly to revenue and sits at the center of their product strategy.
You'll lead the end-to-end design, development, and scaling of full-stack features shaping the user experience, architecture, and reliability of a product that's critical to their growth.

You'll lead the end-to-end design, development, and scaling of full-stack features shaping the user experience, architecture, and reliability of a product that's critical to their growth.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features for their decentralized application.
- Partner closely with front-end engineers to create cohesive, high-quality user experiences.
- Contribute to systems design and architecture discussions.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to turn requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead by example in code reviews, design sessions, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues to maintain reliability and performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in building products in a startup environment
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript for full-stack development
- Solid experience with backend systems, APIs, and architecture
- Familiarity with Python or a language-agnostic approach
- Proven ability to build user-centric, production-ready products end-to-end
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong communication and experience working in distributed teams
- Understanding of DeFi concepts, dApps, or on-chain interactions
- Experience in fintech or applications handling financial data
- Hands-on with React, Solidity, or Rust (nice to have)
- Data pipelining or ETL experience
- Built a product from scratch or managed full lifecycle development
- Worked with financial or data-heavy systems
- Solid full-stack skill set or transitioned from front-end to back-end
- Startup or small team experience
- Data pipelining knowledge
- $150K-$165K plus equity package and more benefits
