We are looking for a Managing Director, UK to lead, scale, and run our entire UK operation. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this pivotal role holds full P&L responsibility and is accountable for translating our global strategy into high-impact, tangible outcomes for our UK clients and teams.

About The Role
This role will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution of the entire UK business. Core responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership of the UK P&L, developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the UK leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and integrity
- Partnering directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and global executive team to align UK operations with global commercial objectives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
- Driving operational excellence across all UK functions, ensuring we deliver on high-stakes projects where the solution "absolutely has to work."
- Acting as the senior executive sponsor for key UK clients, building deep relationships with global leaders and ensuring we remain their partner of choice
- Championing the Qodea culture, ensuring our UK hub is an environment where high-calibre professionals can solve problems that "don't even have answers yet."
Requirements
What Success Looks Like
We are looking for someone with the following essential skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience managing a full P&L and delivering significant, sustainable revenue growth within a technology, platform, or consulting services environment
- Extensive experience in leading, scaling, and mentoring multi-disciplinary senior leadership teams
- A proven track record of operating at a strategic executive level, setting a clear vision, and translating it into measurable operational success
- Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrable experience driving complex sales cycles and managing C-suite relationships with major enterprise clients
- The autonomy to shape the future of our UK business, defining a career-making legacy
