Junior Analyst

The Role You Could Play

We’re looking for an analytical and proactive Junior Analyst - Retail Supply & Consumables to join our Central Operations team at MECCA. In this role, you’ll ensure our stores are always equipped with the right supplies and consumables — from testers to packaging — by managing forecasts, analysing usage trends, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

You’ll play a key part in driving efficiency and continuous improvement across our retail supply chain operations.

In this role you will:

• Manage and coordinate weekly tester, packaging, and consumable orders across stores.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on inventory, usage, and spend.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
• Provide support to stores via JIRA and drive proactive problem-solving for supply-related issues.
  
  

What You Will Bring

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in retail operations, supply chain, procurement or replenishment.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
