We're seeking a Manual QA Tester to support our Core Product as we continuously ship new features to our users. Project Overview:
As a Manual QA Tester, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining quality across our iOS and Android apps, as well as our Web experience. You'll collaborate closely with the Chat and User Activation teams to conduct feature testing, full regression testing, and ad hoc testing against acceptance criteria and test plans. This role involves ensuring the functionality of our apps, reporting issues, and working alongside the development team to resolve them promptly. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to perform exploratory testing to uncover unanticipated bugs and edge cases.
Tasks and Deliverables:
Support multiple product teams with features, full regression, and ad hoc testing.
Create and update test plans in alignment with new features and product launches.
Test app functionality and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders.
Review user-generated or internal bug reports, reproduce issues, and initiate the ticketing process.
Utilize tracking and debugging tools to monitor and resolve issues.
Maintain clear and frequent communication with team members, stakeholders, and project/product owners regarding test results and troubleshooting.
