We are an international pharmaceutical leader company seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional responsible for the comprehensive support, maintenance, and administration of all business applications and IT systems, encompassing both on-premise and cloud environments. This role demands multi-level technical support, ensuring optimal system and network performance, robust security, and strict compliance with corporate guidelines. The candidate will also play a key role in IT projects and the adoption of new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support (Levels 1, 2, and 3):
- Efficiently handle user requests and incidents, utilizing platforms like GLPI, and ensuring meticulous documentation of all interventions.
- Maintain effective communication with external partners to facilitate rapid problem resolution.
- Manage user IT equipment, including laptops and peripherals, and oversee the integration and on/offboarding processes for employees.
System Administration:
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain both physical and virtualized computer systems.
- Ensure the continuous maintenance and administration of all IT systems (local and cloud) to meet stringent performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Manage Microsoft M365 cloud services, including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
- Administer and support VOIP solutions
- Diagnose and resolve hardware failures effectively.
- Automate recurring IT tasks through the creation and maintenance of scripts.
- Actively participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning, ensuring robust data protection and the effective application of recovery plans.
- Manage server shutdowns and service restorations in strict adherence to documented procedures.
- Assist with patch management of servers and applications.
- Coordinate the management of services provided by external vendors, such as telephony and printing solutions.
Network Administration:
- Guarantee the reliability, performance and continuous availability of the network.
- Swiftly and efficiently resolve all network-related issues.
IT Security:
- Implement comprehensive security measures, including access management, firewall configurations, and security patches, alongside proactive monitoring of systems and networks.
- Ensure all IT security systems are correctly configured and consistently up to date.
- Manage access rights and permissions across diverse systems to safeguard data security.
- Promote and enhance security awareness among employees.
- Assist the IT manager in implementing new guidelines and instructions for GDPR and NIS2 compliance.
Business Applications:
- Develop both general and in-depth knowledge of all business applications utilized and managed by the IT department.
Documentation & Asset Management:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all ICT assets.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, applications, network, and support incidents.
Technological Watch and Project Management:
- Proactively monitor emerging technologies to identify and implement innovative solutions for organizational benefit.
- Support and participate in global IT deployment initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a support engineering role or in systems administration.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent education and/or training in systems and network administration.
Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledge of virtualized environments (VMWare and Azure).
- Familiarity with IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS solutions.
- Expertise with the Microsoft M365 suite.
- Ability to automate tasks efficiently using scripting.
- Experience with the GLPI platform for incident management is an advantage.
Soft Skills:

Language:
