To support the expansion and strengthening of its team in Rome, HSPI is looking for a Business Analyst to join the organization.
The selected candidate will work in a hybrid mode and will be assigned to high-profile clients in both national and international contexts.

To support the expansion and strengthening of its team in Rome, HSPI is looking for a Business Analyst to join the organization.
The selected candidate will work in a hybrid mode and will be assigned to high-profile clients in both national and international contexts.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and re-engineer the Client’s business processes;
- Review and optimize the Client’s organizational model;
- Support the Client in managing digital transformation programs;
- Assist in the implementation of ERP Information Systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Infor, etc.) covering the analyzed processes, in line with industry best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite;
- Strong ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders;
- Genuine interest in management consulting, business process analysis, and/or organizational design.
