We are looking for a highly motivated Client Solutions Manager to join our dedicated TikTok team in Northern Europe.
You’ll help businesses run successful ad campaigns on TikTok by understanding their goals, offering smart solutions, and supporting them every step of the way.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about social media, enjoys working with data, operations and wants to grow in digital advertising field.
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree (or similar experience).
- Some experience in account management, marketing, client-facing or digital advertising industry.
- Good with numbers and confident using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Organized, exceptional time-management skills.
- Curious, growth mindset, eager to learn a lot about digital marketing.
- Passionate about TikTok and social media trends.
- Learn and Grow: Become an expert in TikTok’s advertising tools and help clients understand how to use them.
- Support Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them reach their goals through TikTok campaigns.
- Manage Campaigns: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and improving ad campaigns.
- Use Data: Look at campaign results to find what’s working and suggest ways to improve.
- Collaborate: Work with other teams — including Sales, Analytics, and TikTok’s own team — to give clients the best possible experience.
