About The Job

• The Project Manager’s mission is to
• Support the strong development of FLOA in the payment/financing solutions market
• Analyze the (retail and e-commerce) market and identify commercial targets
• Ensure commercial prospecting and pre-sales of payment solutions
• Respond to prospect requests and present payment solutions
• Ensure the implementation of new partnership contracts
• Actively participate in various B2B events and trade shows
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure proper deployment and adoption of products/services
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Reduce customer churn rate
  
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• Master’s Degree in Commerce / Management / Business Administration / Marketing / Communication / International Relations or related
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management / Consulting or similar
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral
• Attention to detail / rigor
• Ability to deliver / results driven
• Ability to manage a project
• Ability to manage / facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training…
• Ability to understand, explain and support change
• Communication skills, both written and oral
