Senovo IT is urgently looking for ServiceNow Business Analyst for a long term remote contract role.

Location: Remote from Europe

ServiceNow Experience:

- Experience with ServiceNow platform and familiarity with out-of-the-box (OOTB) modules is required.

- Direct experience with the Source to Pay module, particularly Supplier Lifecycle Operations, is a plus but not mandatory.

- Good understanding of SLA (Service Level Agreement) management in ServiceNow, system notifications.

- Familiarity with Agent Workspace, Flow designer, user account management, playbooks.

- Experience with configuring and managing notifications within ServiceNow.

- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow.

Self-Organization and Independence:

- Highly self-organized and able to manage tasks independently.

- Ability to pick up new topics and work autonomously from requirement gathering to system design and implementation.

System Design and Requirement Gathering:

- Strong skills in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system designs.

- Ability to write clear and concise user stories and system requirements.

Agile Methodologies:

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and development teams.

- Ability to clearly articulate business needs and technical requirements to various audiences.
