This Is How You Can Make a Difference

  • You completed a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades
  • You have at least eight years of relevant experience in IT Consulting and the lead design and management of IT implementation and strategy projects
  • You have industry-specific knowledge or (project) experience in the banking or insurance sector
  • You already have project-related management experience of teams with more than five people
  • You know how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases
  • Even in complex organizational structures, you effectively steer decisions toward the goal and master escalating situations with an eye to solutions
  • You have successfully acquired consulting projects
  • You're good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English; French of advantage
