Your Main Responsibilities
• Drive business growth by identifying, sourcing, and nurturing long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients across the DACH region through proactive networking and trusted advisory.
• Lead by example — guide, coach, and empower team members to achieve their business development goals, strengthen client relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee a dynamic client portfolio, managing multiple prospects and ensuring timely, high-quality responses to their diverse financial needs — including fiat and digital asset transactions, trading activities, and financing solutions.
• Orchestrate seamless client onboarding, working closely with Legal & Compliance, Operations, and external partners to ensure an efficient and compliant process.
• Collaborate across the organisation — partner with Asset Management, Trading, and other teams to design and deliver bespoke investment strategies and holistic private banking solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
• Champion relationship excellence, maintaining accurate and insightful client data within the CRM and driving best practices across the team.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping an expert-level understanding of market trends, the evolving crypto and digital asset landscape, and Sygnum’s unique value proposition — representing the firm at key industry events and cultivating a strong professional network.
Our ideal candidate
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA/CFA is a plus.
- You have prior relevant (5+ years) work experience in client servicing/customer care of private or institutional clients.
- You have a demonstrated consultative mindset and analytical skills mixed with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with a hands-on mentality
- Proven experience in onboarding private clients and legal entities, with a strong and confident understanding of Swiss banking regulations and onboarding documentation requirements, particularly CDB 20.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form in English and German is a must.
