Senior Fullstack AI Python Developer – Generative AI / IDP

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack AI Python Developer to join our AI Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) squad within the Data & AI Tribe. This team drives innovation and automation across global operations, developing intelligent, data-driven, and generative AI solutions for enterprise-scale adoption.

You’ll be part of an agile, cross-functional team, designing and implementing advanced AI, LLM, and automation-based platforms that transform how systems and clients interact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered and fullstack applications in production environments.
• Build scalable backend services using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and frontend components in Angular/TypeScript.
• Integrate and optimize LLM-based models and frameworks (LangChain, GPT, Transformers).
• Develop microservices, REST APIs, and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply MLOps/DevOps best practices for automation, CI/CD, and monitoring (Jenkins, MLflow, Prometheus).
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to operationalize AI/ML workflows and data pipelines.
• Follow Clean Code, SOLID, and DDD principles to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Support continuous improvement, refactoring, and innovation within the AI platform ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Python development (production-grade applications).
• Strong in FastAPI, Flask, Django, SQLAlchemy, Pandas, and PostgreSQL.
• Frontend experience with Angular (v15+), TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CICD pipelines (Jenkins) and testing (unit/integration).
• Familiarity with LLM-based libraries (LangChain, PyTorch, GPT, Transformers).
• Understanding of cloud / on-prem environments, microservices, and scalable architecture.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (French or Dutch a plus).

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG, agentic AI, or LLM fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Databricks).
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch, Kafka, or OAuth2.
• Exposure to predictive and descriptive modeling.
