Overview
The Product Operations team plays a critical role in enabling Product Managers to focus on strategy and innovation by streamlining operational tasks and cross-functional collaboration. As a Product Operations Analyst, you will support the Product Management team with sales enablement, Salesforce data integrity, and platform-specific insights across IBM i, IBM Z, and other enterprise technologies.
What You Will Do
- Support Product Managers with sales-related inquiries, including product positioning, pricing, and technical documentation.
- Maintain and update Salesforce records to ensure accurate product data, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
- Run and analyze reports from Salesforce, Jira, and Tableau to provide actionable insights to Product leadership.
- Assist in managing the Product Management Intake Process, ensuring timely triage and resolution of requests.
- Document and improve internal processes related to product operations and cross-functional workflows.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with IT and senior team members for resolution.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher; Business English Certificate preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce, including data entry, reporting, and workflow management
- Familiarity with IBM i, IBM Z, and enterprise platform ecosystems
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (MS Outlook, MS Teams)
- Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Courses or certifications in project management are a plus
