Skills and Responsibilities:

•Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

•Collaborate with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

•Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.

•Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

•Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

•Remove impediments and ensure teams have the resources needed to succeed.

•Support Agile transformation initiatives and coach team members on Agile principles.

•Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.

•Proficiency in Common Data Service (CDS), SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources.

•Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.

•Experience with Power BI and other components of the Power Platform.

•Deep understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and lifecycles.

•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

•Leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior developers.

•Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
