Our client is a well-established brand in the Information Technology and Services Domain who is now looking for a passionate and driven Software Developer. This is an amazing opportunity for individuals who want their career in new technology with a global multinational organization.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Shortlisted candidates would be sent for exclusive training in particular technology.
2. On completion of classroom training, selected candidates will be placed on the software/application development team of our ongoing project at our MNC client, where they will receive On-The-Job Training (OJT) on various aspects of Software Development Life Cycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications using Pega.
• Support senior developers in coding, testing, debugging, and deploying Pega components.
• Work on enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements for existing Pega applications.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and documentation of solutions.
• Learn and apply best practices, coding standards, and Pega frameworks.
• Support production deployments and resolve application issues as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in information technology/Science /Computer Science/ Engineering or related technical area of study.
• Relevant internship or project experience in Java or Pega
• Basic understanding of SQL, Java, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
