We’re looking for a driven Senior or Lead Product Manager to shape and scale our B2B cross-border crypto payments platform. You’ll define strategy, build world-class infrastructure, and deliver innovative payment solutions for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for cross-border crypto payment solutions
• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals and client needs
• Partner with engineering to design API-first, enterprise-grade payment infrastructure
• Combine traditional payment expertise (FX, settlement, treasury, compliance) with crypto rails
• Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, operations, and commercial teams
• Work closely with clients and partners to shape use cases and drive adoption
• Lead go-to-market execution and product scaling across Asia and global markets
• Use data and market insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in product management within payments, embedded finance, or B2B fintech
• Strong technical fluency and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and financial infrastructure
• Proven success launching and scaling complex fintech or infrastructure products (0→1 and beyond)
• Deep understanding of global payments and crypto applications
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese to collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Execution-driven, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
