Project Manager – Vendor Management

We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on contract management, vendor governance, and enterprise system delivery across Legal (CLM) OR Finance ERP OR Procurement (S2C/S2P) domains.

What You’ll Do

• Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
• Deliver projects in areas like CLM / Finance ERP / Procurement.
• Work with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams to support process and system improvements.
• Lead project planning, and governance reporting.
• Support compliance, risk, and change management activities.

What We’re Looking For

• +5 years of project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience in CLM, Finance ERP, or Procurement (S2C/S2P) — experience in two areas is preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract and vendor management frameworks.
