The Expansion Data Admin supports Insurance and New From Existing (NFE) initiatives by providing advanced data analysis, reporting, and administrative coordination. This role is integral to streamlining workflows, improving data accuracy, and enhancing responsiveness to both internal and external stakeholders. By centralizing analytical and administrative functions, this position reduces the reporting burden on senior staff while ensuring consistent, high-quality client deliverables and operational scalability.
Key Responsibilities
The Expansion Data Admin supports Insurance and New From Existing (NFE) initiatives by providing advanced data analysis, reporting, and administrative coordination. This role is integral to streamlining workflows, improving data accuracy, and enhancing responsiveness to both internal and external stakeholders. By centralizing analytical and administrative functions, this position reduces the reporting burden on senior staff while ensuring consistent, high-quality client deliverables and operational scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze contractor onboarding metrics, spend data, and disposition status reports.
- Maintain and enhance master NFE pipeline trackers, dashboards, and data repositories.
- Identify and reconcile data discrepancies between client spend lists, Compliance Pro, and Salesforce.
- Support leadership in preparing executive-level summaries, dashboards, and client updates.
- Extract and analyze data from multiple systems (Compliance Pro, Salesforce, Excel, etc.) to identify trends, gaps, and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain visual dashboards, charts, and analytics to support business decisions and client presentations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as spend-to-compliance ratios and onboarding timelines.
- Recommend and implement data-driven process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain centralized databases, templates, and report libraries to support scalability.
- Draft and format client correspondence and internal documentation related to onboarding and reporting.
- Ensure version control, accuracy, and consistent formatting across deliverables.
- Collaborate across teams, including Client Success Managers (CSMs), Client Support Analysts (CSAs), and subject-matter experts—to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
- Gather, review, and organize data across client portfolios.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contractor records within Compliance Pro and related systems.
- Prepare and update variance logs, coverage summaries, and client-facing insurance reports.
- Track documentation to ensure continuous contractor compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Data Analytics, Risk Management, or related field preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, administrative, or compliance-focused roles.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation, and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel dashboards).
- Understanding of and proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to support automation, analysis, and reporting efficiency.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or compliance platforms (Salesforce, Compliance Pro, SharePoint, Totango, etc.).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
- Travel may be required up to 10% for client meetings, training sessions, or team collaboration.
