The Client Expansion Associate supports Veriforce’s Expansion and New-From-Existing (NFE) initiatives by identifying, tracking, and developing opportunities within client spend data. This role is instrumental in analyzing contractor spend lists to uncover unverified or unconnected vendors, coordinating their onboarding, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive—comfortable interpreting large data sets, leveraging AI tools for efficiency, and driving measurable growth through strategic NFE initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client spend lists to identify NFE opportunities and potential contractor connections.
- Track and document all expansion opportunities through established NFE trackers and dashboards.
- Coordinate onboarding for newly identified contractors and vendors to ensure timely compliance.
- Maintain accurate data within Compliance Pro, Salesforce, and related systems.
- Generate and update client-facing deliverables, including spend variance logs and disposition reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align data accuracy, onboarding priorities, and reporting deadlines.
- Communicate with contractors and agents to resolve missing documentation or non-compliance issues.
- Support project launches and ongoing campaigns by preparing lists, templates, and analytical summaries.
- Provide insights and summaries of NFE progress to leadership and account teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in data coordination, client support, or risk/compliance functions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- AI-proficient — able to use generative AI and automation tools to streamline reporting, analysis, and workflow tasks.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Compliance Pro, or similar CRM/data systems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Background in contractor management a plus.
- Travel up to 10%
