We are looking for an experienced Banking IT Analyst with 8+ years in IT within Banking, including 4+ years in Corporate/Retail Internet & Mobile Banking and 2+ years in Open Banking API analysis/testing. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing production issues, identifying root causes, coordinating with User Services to raise CRs/JIRA tickets, and ensuring timely resolution. Strong skills in SQL, BRS review, SIT/UAT testing, defect management, and Core Banking systems (Equation) are mandatory.

Minimum of 8 years in the Banking experience within IT Department with minimum 4 years in implementation of Corporate online / Mobile banking and Retail Internet / Mobile banking.
Proven experience with minimum 2 years in analyzing and testing Open Banking API
Reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specification and prepare the test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
Good knowledge in Payment / Swift Standards.
Proven experience on run SQL queries on Internet and mobile baking Database to support issue investigation and reporting.
Good Knowledge with Equation / Core Banking system.
Reviewing BRS and prepare the technical analysis document and test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
Support customer incidents and investigations.
Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting
Proven experience in Banking solutions in (SIT/UAT) testing
Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing
Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.
Track and document changes to business specifications.
Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training
Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings.
Follow up on any system incidents and arrange / coordinate for fixes on timely manner.
