As a Planning Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) schedule—ensuring all aspects of project progress measurement, integration, and control are executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and maintain construction and commissioning schedules.
🔹 Review EPC Contractor schedules and progress reports for accuracy and logic.
🔹 Integrate subcontractor, vendor, and supplier schedules into the overall EPC plan.
🔹 Monitor contractor performance and advise on corrective actions.
🔹 Conduct schedule risk analysis and support project management decision-making.
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
🧩 Minimum 8 years’ experience in project scheduling and controls for EPC oil & gas projects.
💻 Proficiency in Primavera P6 (v18 or above) and Schedule Risk Analysis software.
💬 Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
