We are looking for a skilled Junior Project Manager with a solid understanding of IT or software development processes to serve as the bridge between clients, engineers, and product leads.

You’ll manage communication, ensure deliverables stay on track, and maintain structure across multiple projects.

This is a remote-first role, but candidates based in Vienna can also work with us in person.

• Manage multiple client projects from briefing to delivery


• Coordinate between clients, product manager and engineers


• Track deadlines, budgets and milestones


• Prepare progress updates and ensure smooth communication


• Identify project risks and propose solutions early


• Support scoping and estimation during the pre-sales phase


• Help structure workflows and improve internal processes

• 2+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a software or digital agency


• Familiarity with software development processes (e.g., agile, sprints, GitHub, Notion, etc.)


• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)


• Ability to coordinate international, remote teams


• Comfortable managing clients in both business and technical contexts


• Self-organized, reliable, and structured
