What We’re Looking For

• You have a passion for event planning and a keen eye for detail
• You stay calm under pressure and can solve problems quickly
• You have previous experience in project management
• You're comfortable with numbers, and Excel and PowerPoint are your trusted tools
• You have excellent written and spoken Estonian and English skills
• You are familiar with the marketing and communications industry
• You’re flexible to work evenings or weekends when needed
• You thrive both in a team and when working independently
• You have at least one year of experience in event planning or marketing
• You hold a valid category B driver’s license

Your Main Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Leading and participating in client meetings
• Preparing and presenting proposals
• Organizing events according to confirmed orders
• Overseeing event execution on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule
