Role Overview
We are looking for a permanent Project Delivery Oversight Manager responsible of end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring they meet scope timeline and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Coordination Lead cross-functional teams assign tasks and ensure alignment across departments.
- Client Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Process Optimization Continuously improve delivery processes identify bottlenecks and implement best practices.
- Risk Management Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Reporting Documentation Maintain accurate records of project progress delivery metrics and client communications.
- Budget Resource Management Monitor budgets allocate resources effectively and ensure cost efficiency.
- Compliance Standards Ensure adherence to organizational policies industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications
- PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications.
- Experience in IT services consulting or product-based environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in onshore/offshore environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in French and English languages.
