Role Overview

Were hiring a Product Manager with a sharp eye for UX and a passion for simplifying complex financial experiences. You'll lead the design and structure of a next-generation investment marketplace, ensuring product information is presented with clarity, elegance, and trustworthiness.

No prior blockchain experience is required just strong product instincts, UX fluency, and a drive to make modern interfaces delightful and intuitive. You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer and collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and iterate on UX flows for core marketplace products
• Collaborate with Design and Frontend teams to deliver high-impact web interfaces
• Contribute to dashboards and reporting tools that drive actionable insights
• Optimize conversion rates using A/B testing, analytics, and user behaviour data
• Ensure product transparency around structure, yield, and risk
• Align product copy with legal and compliance standards across jurisdictions
• Translate user feedback and data into clear product improvements
  
  
  

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years in product management, with a focus on UX, conversion optimization, and reporting
• Strong aesthetic sense for modern, functional web experiences
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and analytics tools
• Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of engagement metrics
• Proven collaboration with engineers and designers to ship polished products
• Experience building or maintaining internal reports or analytics dashboards
• Excellent communication, organization, and autonomy
• Detail-oriented and driven by clarity
• Based in Europe (CET ±2 hours)
