As a Marketing Data Analytics Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Hostinger's data-driven marketing strategy. You will build and lead a team of marketing data analysts to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, raising the bar for quality and speed of delivery. You will own and enhance the quality of data-driven decision-making in the marketing team.

What You Will Do:

Take ownership and boost the quality of data-driven decision-making in the marketing team
Oversee execution of analytics projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that drives tangible business outcomes
Build, lead, and inspire a team of brilliant and highly motivated analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and curiosity
Collaborate with key marketing team stakeholders to understand their data analytics needs, requirements, and priorities
Refine project needs effectively, prioritize the backlog, build and communicate delivery timelines, and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately
Be one step ahead in applying industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics & data science, driving innovation within the team
