ContractProject Management

We’re partnering with a leading, fast-growing financial services organisation that’s investing heavily in innovation, technology, and transformation.

This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic business as it scales — working on high-impact internal projects that are shaping the company’s future.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex, cross-functional programmes spanning infrastructure, information security, and business change. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where you can develop your experience with cutting-edge tools, technologies, and agile delivery practices — all while making a tangible impact across multiple portfolios.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives under pressure, and brings structure and momentum to multi-workstream environments. You’ll play a critical role in restoring at-risk projects to success and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure and security-focused initiatives, working closely with cross-functional and vendor teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation — including scope, milestones, budgets, and dependencies.
  • Establish clear governance and communication frameworks across stakeholders at all levels.
  • Produce transparent progress reporting and management information to support decision-making.
  • Anticipate delivery challenges, proactively managing risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal partners and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on quality and business outcomes.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Minimum 4–5 years’ experience managing complex projects in technology or infrastructure environments.
  • Proven background in Agile delivery and adaptive project environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, Jira, and Clarity.
