We're looking for a Service Operations Manager to join our HQ Operations Team in Tallinn (or remote within Europe).
You'll report directly to the COO and own the full service execution journey - from training and infrastructure to equipment readiness, quality assurance, and process optimisation. You wake up every day with one goal: How can we offer better service in all of our markets.
This is a field-first, hands-on role for someone who thrives on being close to the action β on-site, testing, fixing, implementing β and who can also turn those lessons into scalable systems across all markets.
π¦ YOUR MISSION
Own and continuously improve the execution of all FleetFox services across Europe, ensuring that every vehicle we touch meets our customers' expectations.
πͺ What You'll Do
- Own service implementation: Ensure every market has the full service process live and compliant
- Guarantee readiness: Make sure each market has the right equipment, infrastructure, and service stations to perform efficiently
- Train and upskill teams: Provide the knowledge, tools, and playbooks people need to deliver great service β based on your own hands-on field experience
- Monitor performance: Track operational KPIs, identify root causes of underperformance, and drive data-based corrective actions
- Be on the ground: Travel to markets whenever needed (including expansions) to validate processes, audit quality, and help fix service bottlenecks
- Lead process improvements: Design and optimize workflows for all FleetFox services β washing, relocation, fueling, logistics, and inspections
- Drive KPI ownership: Manage and improve key metrics such as:
- Service SLA Score (Quality + Efficiency + Fraud prevention)
- Average Service Time vs Nominal (Variance %)
- City readiness score (training, equipment, infra, SOP compliance)
- Service Gross Profit
π§ WHO YOU ARE
- Field-hardcore operator: Decisive, action-oriented, and allergic to excuses. You spot root causes fast, fix them on site, hold teams to standard, and aren't afraid to be direct when performance slips
- Gets it done: Turns data into same-day actions, escalates early, sets clear ownership, and drives closure β no loose ends
- Technically curious: Essentially you are a bit of a petrol head β you're passionate about cars and comfortable around tools, service equipment and technical side of services. You love to get your hands dirty if it helps the team win
- Have 2-4 years' experience in mobility, logistics, or fleet-related operations
- Strong process-improvement and analytical skills
- Fluent in English - both spoken and written
- Bonus: Experience with equipment management, infrastructure rollout, or technical service environments (car care, chemicals, logistics, etc.).
