We are looking for a dedicated professional who can leverage their language skills and expertise to help our clients optimize their operations through strategic solutions. In this role, you will engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations that drive their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to assess their specific needs and business objectives
• Design and propose customized solutions, effectively addressing client challenges and enhancing operations
• Provide expert consultancy, offering insights and strategies based on industry best practices
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and support of solutions
• Facilitate training sessions for clients, ensuring effective utilization of our products and services
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to continually provide value-added recommendations to clients
  
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable
• Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer support, or similar roles is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering client satisfaction
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with clients
• A solid understanding of technology solutions with a passion for continuous learning
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills for managing multiple client projects simultaneously
