Main Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype intuitive native mobile interfaces (iOS and Android) and mobile-first product experiences
- Combine design thinking and brand guidelines to innovate while ensuring consistency and usability across the mobile apps
- Communicate clearly and proactively with product managers and stakeholders to deeply understand business goals, user context, and internal requirements
- Own every stage of the design cycle, from ideating initial solutions through polished user experience implementation
- Conduct product research, usability testing, and experiments to inform and validate design decisions
- Actively participate in continuously improving internal design processes, tooling, and design culture
- Balance several projects at once, prioritize activities effectively, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
- Provide and receive actionable feedback from teammates, stakeholders, and peers
- Product design experience building digital products, with 3+ years focused on native mobile (iOS and/or Android) applications
- Great communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex design concepts early, often, clearly, and persuasively
- A can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership towards the product you are working on
- Employ both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to guide design decisions, focusing on user needs while also propelling business growth
- Keen interest in AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, and other related fields
- Ability to comfortably embrace the highly technical nature of nexos.ai product
- Fluency in English
