Part-time UX/UI designer Mid+/Senior

Looking for a Mid+/ Senior UX/ UI Designer who will work with interesting and challenging products and clients from the USA and Europe.

Day to day/Tasks on the Project:

Discussing the scope of work with a client;
Conduct user research and gather insights from all the stakeholders;
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions;
Develop intuitive and user-centered UI designs that reflect the brand's identity and enhance overall usability;
Design user flows and interaction models that optimize user journeys and drive seamless navigation;
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders ensuring continuous improvement;
Analyzing current web or mobile applications and providing suggestions on how to improve UX/UI of it;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and incorporate them into your work

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a UX/UI designer role;
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant work;
Expertise in complex technical Web/ Mobile application design processes;
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro;
Ability to understand the needs of a client;
Ability to commit to 15-20 hours per week on the Scale3C Projects;
SaaS knowledge- would be a plus;
Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished and visually appealing designs;
Fluency in English.
