Vilnius branch of an international banking software company, operating since 2000 and fully owned by an FCA UK-authorised Electronic Money Institution. Offices in Australia, Cyprus, Lithuania, UK, Netherlands, USA, Israel, and Malta.


The company builds scalable core banking systems used by banks, EMIs, and fintechs worldwide — combining enterprise-grade security and flexibility with tools once accessible only to major commercial banks.


MAIN REQUIREMENTS


— 3+ years of proven work experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation, ideally within fintech or financial services. Both UI and API test automation;

— Strong knowledge of Software QC methodologies, tools, and processes (Waterfall Model, Agile, V-Model, XP, Spiral, etc.);

— Solid understanding of QC process stages — from analysis and planning to execution and reporting;

— Experience writing automated tests for web applications and APIs;

— Proficiency in at least one automation framework: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar;

— Hands-on with test management and reporting tools like TestLinkPostmanJMeterSonarQube;

— Experience testing both functional and non-functional requirements (performance, usability, etc.);

— Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the workflow.

— Familiarity with static code analysis tools.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


— Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing based on product requirements and technical specifications.

— Build, maintain, and extend automated test frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright and other tooling as needed.

— Identify, isolate, and thoroughly document defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

— Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to embed quality into the software development lifecycle from early stages.

— Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous and reliable test execution.

— Investigate test failures and production issues to provide detailed root cause analysis and support quicker resolutions.

— Assess test coverage and risk for new and existing features; proactively identify gaps and suggest improvements.

— Maintain clear and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and QA process guides.

— Support junior QA engineers through code reviews, pair testing, and knowledge sharing.

— Gross salary EUR 45,000-55,000
