Product Manager (Testing Online Journeys)

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for an Product Manager for a 6+ months contract in Netherlands

Responsibilities:

For the launch of new packages and a new subscription experience, we are looking for a Customer Journey Expert or Product Manager who can help with IT delivery and has extensive experience with Online Journey Testing. This is to ensure that our customer journeys are reliable, secure, and of top quality.

Experience:

• Affinity with financial products and customer-focused solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience performing acceptance and usability tests.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive attitude, eager to collaborate.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly structured way of working, with an eye for detail.
