The role

As a Product Designer at MarvelX, you’ll shape the core experience of our AI platform. The role is execution-first: your strength lies in turning complex workflows into user-friendly, powerful interfaces, especially as we design new patterns for working with AI. We’re looking for someone who sweats the details, welcomes feedback, and elevates ideas through tight cross-functional teamwork.

What you will be doing:

• Design prototypes to explore and validate new features, workflows, and interactions.
• Turn ambiguous problems into concrete, high-quality product experiences.
• Work hands-on with engineering and product to bring your designs to life.
• Use Figma to design, document, and iterate with speed.
• Develop and scale our design system.
• Push for clarity, consistency, and quality in every corner of the product.
• Support our marketing initiatives with landing pages, pitch decks, and social media posts.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of experience designing products in a fast-paced environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates clear thinking, elegant UI, and shipped product work.
• Ability to switch between design details and big-picture thinking while maintaining a high pace of execution and strong quality standards.
• Deep understanding of design systems and a strong sense of visual and interaction design craft.
• Strong hands-on experience designing digital products end-to-end.
• Pragmatism and a bias toward shipping over theorizing.
