In this role, you’ll transform complex technical requirements into accessible, high-quality policies and standards, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure alignment with leading frameworks and audit requirements. Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain high-quality security policies, standards, and procedural documentation across multiple organizational levels.
• Structure and organize complex information into layered, easy-to-navigate documentation sets.
• Ensure audit readiness by aligning documentation with relevant controls and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Build a user-friendly, “living” policy handbook or knowledge base rather than static documents.
• Collaborate closely with security teams, operations, and department leads to gather insights and validate requirements.
• Use AI-driven tools to enhance content quality and accuracy while critically evaluating outputs.
• Deliver clear, professional English-language documentation (multilingual support possible via AI tools).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Policy Writer, Information Security Consultant, or similar documentation-focused role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and structured documentation.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, audit processes, or compliance requirements strongly preferred.
• Skilled in researching, evaluating, and validating technical information.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility and international stakeholders.

• Rate: €100–€110 per hour
