Power BI Specialist

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Power BI Specialist for a 12+ months contract in Netherlands

Responsibilities:

In our brand-new Microsoft Azure cloud environment, you'll play a key role: both in translating business requirements into concrete products and in building BI solutions. You'll collaborate extensively with colleagues across the chain within your team, the department, and the business. You're a key link in the development and delivery process, where information products are realized from development to production. You'll offer solutions and drive improvements.

Experience:

• At least a completed HBO or WO education;
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing or Advanced Analytics;
• Experience in data-driven management and business administration
• Experience in visualizing data using PowerBI;
• Experience in developing Logical, 3NF and Dimensional data models
• Experience with or knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF) and tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect) to better understand and document the data flows and architecture.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops or requirement sessions.
• Experience with change management when implementing new data products and dashboards.
• Knowledge of data analysis and DWH/BI development processes
• Knowledge of and experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of and experience with Agile/scrum methodology.
• Strong oral and written communication skills (Dutch), you can find your way in both the language of business and that of technology;
