YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated professionals with experience as UX Designer to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the full user experience process, including research, fieldwork, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Designing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Creating and improving transactional portals with a focus on usability and accessibility.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces using Figma.
  • Advocating for user-centered design practices and ensuring seamless digital experiences.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Senior profile with more than 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI.
  • Strong expertise in UX, UI, Design Systems, Figma, and Usability.
  • Proven experience working with transactional portals and complex digital platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, and empathy to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to conduct end-to-end user research and usability testing.
  • Portuguese fluent.
