Platform Engineering Intern (Europe)

In this role, you will support the development of robust engineering platforms that enable teams to build, test, and deploy with greater efficiency. You will contribute to automation improvements, infrastructure optimization, and observability enhancements that elevate both developer productivity and end-user experience. Working closely with experienced engineers, you will explore new approaches, refine existing systems, and help create scalable tools that support the full software development lifecycle. This hands-on internship offers the chance to make meaningful contributions to widely used digital products while growing your technical and professional skills.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate on automation and adoption initiatives across Linux, AWS, GitLab, GitHub, and Grafana
• Experiment with alternative solutions to enhance developer self-service across design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and alerting
• Develop and automate configuration management processes
• Analyze existing suboptimal setups, propose improvements, and support their implementation
• Document findings and present them to internal engineering teams
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and plan before implementing solutions
• Previous internship experience in a technical or software-oriented role
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Solid programming skills in Python, Golang, PHP, or Bash
