We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Angular to join our Agile development team. You will collaborate closely with onshore teams to design, implement, and maintain high-performance web applications based on microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality software that meets project deadlines and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the onshore development team in an Agile environment.
- Develop and deliver assigned user stories according to specifications and timelines.
- Ensure a high standard of code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Report progress, risks, and blockers effectively to the team leader.
- Maintain strong alignment with project schedules and dependencies to prevent delays.
- Contribute to design discussions and propose improvements for scalability and reliability.
- Proven expertise in Java backend development with strong proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Advanced experience in building modern web applications using Angular.
- Solid background in microservices architecture design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with UML, DevOps practices, IntelliJ IDEA, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of cloud-based storage solutions (Cloud Object Storage).
- Strong communication skills and commitment to Agile principles.
