We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager/Product Owner to join our team and support a client project within the Compliance & Ethics space. You’ll work alongside the client’s Product Director and PMs across areas like Policy Management, Compliance Training, Whistleblowing/Speak-Up, and new AI-driven initiatives.
Your initial focus will be on shared services that span multiple products, with some deeper involvement in the client’s Whistleblowing/Speak-Up solution. The role is hands-on and fast-moving – ideal for someone who communicates well, switches easily between discovery and delivery, and helps teams deliver meaningful improvements quickly. As the roadmap evolves, your focus may shift across products, so you can expect a dynamic, collaborative environment.
What you will do
- Drive delivery across multiple product workstreams, starting with shared services for Whistleblowing and cross-product AI initiatives
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design/UX, Commercial, and Client Services teams – communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Technical Documentation to support releases and ensure clarity of new functionality
- Work with other Product Managers to align on vision, scope, dependencies, and release plans while owning specific initiatives and sprints
- Define product epics, OKRs, and success metrics to guide teams in building scalable, user-centric capabilities used across the compliance suite
- Support agile delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and transparent stakeholder communication
- Contribute to discovery and validation efforts by gathering insights from customers, SMEs, and GTM partners
- Advocate for and help shape AI-driven workflows, requirements, and testing frameworks
- 4+ years in Product Management/Product Ownership within Agile teams, ideally in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Experience working across multiple product areas or shared platforms, managing dependencies and shifting priorities
- Ability to turn technical or strategic concepts into clear requirements and guide teams through delivery
- Strong communication and organizational skills, comfortable working with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders
- Understanding of modern AI technologies, automation workflows, or data-driven features (LLM and API experience is a plus)
